Job Description:

Prepare comprehensive reports for Plant Management:

• Generate detailed analyses of production costs and operational variances.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize cost efficiency and enhance profitability.

Manage the cost accounting system and documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of costs, including materials, labor, and overhead.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Coordinate monthly and annual inventory audits:

• Organize and oversee cycle counts of raw materials and finished goods warehouses.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through meticulous reconciliation and analysis.

Lead month-end closing procedures:

• Execute timely preparation of journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.

Support Plant Management with financial projections:

• Assist in developing both short-term and long-term financial forecasts.
• Offer strategic financial insights to facilitate informed decision-making.

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets:
