With a passion for creating delicious and diverse cuisines? We're looking for two exceptional caterers to join our team and bring their culinary expertise to our events! As part of our team, you'll collaborate with coordinators, photographers, and other staff members to ensure our customers' weddings and events run smoothly.

Here's what we're looking for:

Caterer specializing in barbecue, soul food, and ethnic cuisines:
- Ability to create mouthwatering dishes that celebrate the flavors of barbecue, soul food, and various ethnic cuisines.
- Offer customers the option of two meats, three sides, one bread, and a selection of salads.
- Must be skilled in creating diverse and authentic dishes that cater to different taste preferences.

2 Caterer specializing in American, Italian, and Mexican cuisines:
- Expertise in crafting delectable dishes from American, Italian, and Mexican culinary traditions.
- Provide customers with the option of three meats, three sides, two breads, and a variety of salads.
- Ability to create flavorful and diverse menus that highlight the best of each cuisine.

Both caterers should meet the following requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 10 hours to cater to our clients' needs.
- Proficiency in setting up food stations and ensuring a visually appealing presentation.
- Possess valid licenses and insurance to ensure a professional and reliable service.

Duties:

- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and customer preferences
- Set up and decorate food displays for events
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with event planners to create customized menus
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food preparation or catering preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
