Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of project stakeholders, including customers and end users. This role involves gathering and compiling user requirements through stakeholder interviews and conveying these requirements to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather and compile user requirements.
• Documentation: Develop clear and concise documentation to convey requirements to development teams.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring a mutual understanding of business needs.
• Analysis: Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support the development process and ensure project deliverables meet specifications.
• Reporting: Proactively generate and compile reports, including recommended improvements or new requirements for IT business processes and operational procedures.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in the Government/Public Sector.
• Technically well-rounded with strong IT knowledge.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, finance, or information systems and two to five years of related work experience.
