Compensation and Schedule:

• Hourly Rate: $21 - $24 per hour
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Expected Weekly Hours: 40 hours
• Work Flexibility: Standard work hours with potential for overtime.What We Offer:

Role Overview: The Production Machine Operator will:

• Handle products, equipment, and materials according to the company's quality system procedures.
• Follow specific work instructions for each job to meet order requirements.
• Visually inspect parts for defects and perform dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other gaging equipment.
• Submit sample parts to inspection per instructions.
• Stop production if the quality of the product may be affected.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean working environment and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience with punch press, mold press, and/or lathe in the metal stamping and/or molding industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given parameters.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• General math skills and basic understanding of Quality System requirements.
