About Us: Refined Gardens is the premier landscaping company specializing in creating and maintaining exquisite outdoor landscapes for high-end residential ONLY properties. This is a team role (with 2 other supervisors) and you will manage 2 - 3 crews and their properties. As we continue to grow you will have the opportunity to advance. We are currently servicing a very small portion of the valley and need you to come aboard for the expansion.

Salary: $60,000 to $120,000 depending on experience level and ability to train crews. We have an amazing salesperson in place and a very talented accounts manager. The large range is based of multiple factors including experience, division production, cost controls and overall employee satisfaction. Each one matters. As the company grows the wage grows with it.  Be rewarded with more than a thank you and a pizza party. 

Role and Responsibilities: As our Landscape Maintenance manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces remain pristine and captivating. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of skilled landscape maintenance technicians in daily operations, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and to the highest standards. Walking jobs and making suggestions as well as complimenting great work.
• Overseeing the maintenance and care of lawns, plants, trees, and hardscape elements, ensuring they remain healthy, well-groomed, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Developing and executing maintenance schedules, tracking progress, and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Meeting in Person and Collaborating with clients to understand their preferences, addressing any concerns, and providing expert advice on landscape maintenance and enhancements.
• Managing inventory, equipment, and supplies necessary for landscape maintenance tasks.
• Identifying opportunities for landscape improvements and enhancements, and working closely with our design team to implement changes.
• Training and mentoring team members, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment. You will oversee 8-10 total crews personally. Our number one goal is employee satisfaction.
• Meet with our sales manager regularly to review progress and scheduling.

Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, preferably in high-end or luxury settings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve exceptional results.
• In-depth knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, pest control and horticultural best practices.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with a keen ability to listen to client preferences and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable results.
• Proficiency in landscape equipment operation and maintenance. Hand tools and electric tools.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
