Position Description

The Enterprise Technical Applications Analyst II reports directly to the SAP Enterprise Applications Technology Leader. This role provides opportunities to work in a dynamic and results-driven work environment. Ideal candidates will embrace a growth mindset, focused on continuous improvement. The Enterprise Applications Technical Analyst II will take on a leadership role as an integral member of the Refresco network, with the opportunity to experience growth and success at the world's largest independent bottler of beverages.

Key Accountabilities:

The following are essential duties and responsibilities for this position:

• Configure, deploy, and manage SAP Security Roles (simple and composite), Profiles and Authorizations across multiple SAP systems.
• Perform risk analysis at Role and User level for SOD analysis.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, processes and procedures pertaining to SAP systems
• Build Fiori roles using standard/custom catalogs, groups and OData services both on front end and back end.
• Perform GRC ruleset changes based on requirements
• Develop and maintain relevant documentation to satisfy audit requirements.
• Successfully complete complex team projects, including status reporting with project management.
• Develop Test Plans, Test Scripts, Cut-Over/Implementation Plan, overall project timeline, and assist with documentation required for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support day-to-day operations and resolve helpdesk tickets based on SLA's. · Assist other team members on Security tasks.
• Mentor other members of the team helping them to improve skills. Perform peer reviews to ensure best practices and standards, and review documentation

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Information Systems or Cyber Security
• Requires 4 y. exp. as SAP Security Analyst including 4 y. exp. with each of the following:
  • GRC Access Controls
  • SAP security administration in SAP systems such as ECC, Fiori, GRC, BW, Business Objects & Solution Mgr.
  • GRC administration including risk and usage analysis along with emergency access management in versions 10.x/ 12.x
  • Internal controls, segregation of duties (SOD), & sensitive transaction analysis
  • IT general controls and SOX requirements as they relate to security administration
  • Integration points across SAP modules including MM, PP, SD, WM and FI/CO
