**Description**
Know and follow all company safety procedures and policies, as well as all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Reviews master shipping schedule and coordinates all picks/workloads.
Develop work schedules and coordinate and distribute all picks for shift.
Verify and sign off on daily FIFO shipments, 916 reports, productivity sheets, etc.
Verify all drop trailers are loaded on the correct specified trailers.
Ensure the quality and integrity of the entire product loaded, to include the condition/quality of pallets within in the warehouse.
Confers with management to determine progress of workload and to provide information on changes/ methods needed.
Verify all shortages and determine status of shipment.
Liaise with CRSs to ensure items are scheduled, shipped and transferred correctly.
Set up forklift repairs with appropriate vendors.
Operate stand-up, propane and electric forklifts in a high paced environment.
Schedule loads, pick-ups and appointments.
Operate and navigate SAP warehouse module.
Unload and check counts of supplies from incoming trucks or shuttles and put in designated areas.
Load trucks to customer specifications with the proper finished product.
Print tags, labels, post goods and maintain receiving documentation.
Maintain partial pallets.
Clean warehouse and keep rows of finished goods and materials in efficient working order.
Properly document loading activities to include trailer inspection, pallet type/condition, and any needed corrective actions to meet customer expectations.
Photograph trailers, product, and loading to customer specifications.
Check forklift daily according to daily inspection checklist.
Represents the company in a positive manner at all times.
Adheres to company policies and safety requirements as defined.
Perform, if and when needed, any and all functions of the Shipping/Receiving Operator position.
Any and all other duties needed within the Distribution area.
Education & Experience
High School diploma and/or GED is preferred.
Prior forklift experience required or proof of valid f/lift license within the last six months. Ship/Rec experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Prefer 1-2 years of warehouse experience and a proven leadership track record.
