Refresh Mental Health is Hiring an Independent Licensed Therapist - LMSW, LPC Near Grand Blanc, MI
We seek Independent Licensed Therapists for full-time positions in our Grand Blanc, MI location.
Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

- Referrals are available directly from our clinic practices.
- We also have solid referrals from insurance companies, EAPs, physicians, attorneys, school personnel, and many of our former and current clients.
- Our offices offer a professional yet comfortable atmosphere and provide staff lounges and group rooms.
- Our outstanding and supportive administrative team provides billing, credentialing, phone reception, and scheduling services.

- A CARF accreditation scores
- Therapists who generate their referrals earn a higher reimbursement rate.
- Therapists who complete 30 sessions weekly earn a higher reimbursement
- Must be a fully licensed therapist in Michigan (LMSW, LPC)
- Must be able to provide a minimum of 15 scheduled visits per week
- Providing mental health counseling services to individuals, families, and/or couples, in-person and telehealth services
- Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience with children or adolescents
