Family Counseling Associates realizes that our exceptional staff strengthens our practice. We seek a licensed psychologist - Ph.D. or PsyD for our Braintree, Massachusetts, location.Clinicians can telehealth 1-2 days a week if they are full-time. Additional days on-site are required.Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $119,700 to $179,200 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
- Clear & active Ph.D. or PsyD licensed in Massachusetts.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience working with children or adolescents.
- Experience with couples or family counseling.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Customizable caseload. Work with the clients that you are most comfortable with.
- Flexible scheduling & strong work-life balance
- Opportunity for twice monthly consult group
- Clinician-led leadership team.
- Strong rates of reimbursement to maximize your income. There are no caps on compensation. There is no need to wait for insurance reimbursements to come in. Clinicians are paid ahead of collections.
- This is a W2 position.
