Family Counseling Associates realizes that our exceptional staff strengthens our practice. We are currently seeking a licensed clinical therapist for our Braintree, Massachusetts location.Full-time clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week. Additional days on-site are required. Must commit to two evenings per week. Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $106,400 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
- Clear & active LICSW, LCMHC, or LMFT licensed in Massachusetts.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience working with children or adolescents.
- Experience with couples or family counseling
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.
- Customizable caseload. Work with the clients that you are most comfortable with.
- Flexible scheduling & strong work-life balance
- Opportunity for twice monthly consult group
- Clinician-led leadership team.
- Strong rates of reimbursement to maximize your income. There are no caps on compensation. There is no need to wait for insurance reimbursements to come in. Clinicians are paid ahead of collections.
- This is a W2 position.
