Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Human Resources
·
Regular attendance,
punctuality, physical on-site attendance (if applicable), adherence to the company’s
established policies and the team member handbook.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
·
Monitors all incoming public traffic.
·
Receives guests and others in a courteous, polite and warm manner.
·
Distribute guest badges as needed.
·
Answer telephone, determine nature of call, and relay information
or route call as appropriate.
·
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages.
·
Log and accurately follow-up on any maintenance requests or needs.
·
Appropriately and accurately prepares and distributes routine
correspondence.
·
Assist with stocking, ordering, and maintaining inventory of
office and breakroom supplies.
·
May provide clerical and administrative support to various
departments.
·
Receive and follow reception schedule/instructions from supervisor
and as outlined in established policies and procedures.
·
Assist with sending invoices to accounts payable.
·
Maintain a clean and professional lobby.
·
Maintain clean and stocked conference rooms and breakrooms.
·
Assemble/distribute P&L books on a monthly or quarterly basis.
·
Create/order business cards for new or existing employees.
·
Manage and distribute all outgoing and incoming FedEx and UPS
deliveries.
·
Complete office supply expense report accurately every month. Refuel conference planning and execution.

Budget management, hotel coordination, and vendor management (conference
supplies, catering, printing)
·
Propose team-building ideas that build office camaraderie and
trust.
o
Superbowl squares, Pool tournament, etc.
·
Organize meeting notices that align with leadership schedules
and clearly articulate the agenda or objectives.
o
If necessary, follow-up on outstanding action items and
decisions resulting from meetings.
Education and Experience:
Working environment and physical requirements:

Prolonged periods
of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
·
Must be able to lift
15 pounds at times.
Travel: Must be able to travel up to 25%.
