Key Requirements:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with more than 17,000 cars passing daily!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
• Food handler and TABC certified.
• Previous experience in being a barista or bartender.

Barista:

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with a focus on quality and consistency.

- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, and offering recommendations.

- Keep the coffee station/shop clean and organized, including restocking supplies as needed.

Beertender:

Responsibilities:

- Craft and serve a diverse selection of beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Engage with customers to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Maintain a well-stocked bar, including handling cash transactions and processing payments.

Skills:

- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector, required.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and coffee preparation methods, required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food handling procedures.
