The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on executive assistants to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.

This position will provide a comprehensive range of support to our executive management team and will work with senior leadership to coordinate a wide variety of tasks. An Executive Assistant is responsible for handling all the day-to-day business-related functions, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents and working with vendors. An Executive Assistant must be highly organized, detail oriented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
