The Gutter/Siding Installation Crew Lead is responsible for the effective management of our gutter installation operations, with a primary focus on safety and work quality. This role requires a substantial construction background, particularly in gutter installation, coupled with adept leadership and organizational capabilities. Notably, this role entails physically demanding tasks, including climbing ladders, hands-on work, and lifting heavy materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of gutter & siding installation projects, from initial planning to final execution.
• Ensure project execution through hands-on leadership, leading the machining and installation of gutters & siding.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, allocate resources, and adjust timelines as needed to ensure timely project completion.
• Proactively address challenges and make necessary adjustments to uphold project progression.

Team Leadership:

• Lead the gutter/siding installation crew by effectively delegating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Enforce strict adherence to established procedures and safety guidelines, surpassing industry standards.

Quality Assurance:

• Regularly conduct meticulous inspections of installations to ensure alignment with specified standards and regulatory requisites.
• Implement corrective measures promptly to sustain work quality.

Communication:

• Facilitate transparent communication among crew members, project managers, and relevant stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive operational framework.

Health and Safety:

• Enforce rigorous safety protocols, conduct insightful safety meetings, and nurture a safety-conscious ethos within the team.
• Address potential safety concerns promptly to mitigate risks.

Documentation:

• Uphold accurate documentation of project details, encompassing executed tasks, materials used, and encountered challenges.
• Generate periodic progress reports to maintain stakeholders' informed perspective.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-5 years experience in gutter & siding installation.
• Profound leadership prowess, effectively guiding and motivating the crew.
• Proficient organizational capabilities, adept at juggling multiple tasks and simultaneous projects.
• Problem-solving acumen, aptly adapting to evolving project dynamics.
• Effective communication skills to foster seamless collaboration across all levels.
• Dedication to adhering to safety protocols and industry regulations.

• Competence in utilizing project management software and fundamental computer applications.
• Valid Driver’s License & a clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to actively participate in physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials (up to 50 pounds), ladder climbing, and hands-on work.
• Preparedness to work outdoors regardless of varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility in accommodating the role's physical demands while maintaining a resolute focus on safety.
