Description

• Perform diversified operations to assemble, test and or dynamically balance a variety of couplings and engineered products in accordance with production schedules, specifications and established procedures.
• Work Involves the assembly of power transmission products, maintaining component parts inventory, balancing all products on dynamic balancing machines with and without computerized balance measurements and locations.
• Ensure proper tools and set up is used.
• Set up and operate manual and CNC key seating equipment as required. Clamp work to table without distorting the component using proper fixtures, work locating plates and shim as required.
• Break down set ups and clean up work area as directed
• Perform all necessary duties to maintain product flowing thru the different operations in proper sequence including assembly, balance, etching, stenciling and key seating.
• Report equipment malfunctions, material discrepancies, and unusual conditions to supervisor.
• Complete all relevant training provided by Power Transmission Solutions.
• Maintain safe and clean work area.
• Promote team concept and train new employees.
• Adhere to all safety procedures.
• Understand and adhere to all relevant ISO 9001 QOP's and API 671 guidelines.
• Perform any other related duties as directed.

• Able to understand, interpret and carry out job instructions.
• Able to use arithmetic, decimals and fractions

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to lift, move, manipulate up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and / or walk for long periods of time.
