Regal Staffing Services is hiring a Sales Manufacturing Representative for a meat manufacturing company in Euless, TX.

Shift/Pay Rate: Monday - Friday (7:30am to 4:30pm): $45k - $60k.

Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries.
Gain and maintain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, and maintain profitable sales margin.
Suggest applicable and relevant upsells.
Ensure that the corporate mission and values are followed at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Representative experience within a food (meat) distributor and/or manufacturing setting.
Bilingual (Spanish/English).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
