Regal Staffing Services now hiring a Maintenance Mechanic Technician located in the Midlothian, TX area.

Shifts / Pay Rate : Monday - Friday (1pm to 9 : 30pm) : $18 - $23 / hour (based on experience). Must be able to train on 1st shift (5am-3 : 30pm)

Responsibilities :

• Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble
• Dismantle devices to gain access to; remove defective parts
• Examine form and texture of parts to detect imperfections
• Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements
• Repair or replaces defective parts
• Perform preventive maintenance on production and maintenance equipment and utilities
• Install special functional and structural parts in devices
• Start devices to test their performance
• Install power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment such as robots, conveyors, and programmable controllers
• Connect low voltage power supply wires to machines and equipment, and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment
• Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as low voltage motors, and lightning fixtures and replaces damaged or broken lighting fixtures

Requirements :

• Must have Electrical / PLC / Automation and Conveyers experience
• Stable work history
• Meet all requirements from the listed above
• Pass background check and drug screen
