Regal is now looking to hire a Selling Branch Manager in Channelview, TX (Houston area).

Pay Rate: $60k (Depending on Experience)

Position Overview: The Regal Selling Branch Manager is responsible for all aspects of the success of a branch office as well as developing new business, building and maintaining exceptional working relationships with all of the active customers in the office region, and conducting recruiting efforts in order to ensure superior fill rates.

Responsibilities:

• Increase billable hours with new business within their branch territory
• Build professional relationships with all active accounts in territory
• Perform advertising and recruiting duties required to ensure that flow of qualified candidates exceeds customer demand
• Directly accountable for branch P&L
• Partner with sales staff through daily communication to maximize customer opportunities and operational efficiencies
• Perform duties relating to processing workers compensation cases, unemployment claims, and site census data management
• Oversee, assist, and supervise the daily operations of the branch and on site programs
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop branch office personnel
• Ensure branch compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws.
• Pull, comprehend, analyze, and communicate daily and weekly reports
• Adhere to Regal Staffing Services employment policies and standards including but not limited to dress code, code of conduct, punctuality, internet and phone usage policies, and use of company resources

Requirements:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent industry experience
• Previous staffing industry management experience including on-site management
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook) and willingness to learn new programs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
• Decision making skills and the ability to lead others in a challenging, performance driven environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including occasional weekend hours as required
• Unsurpassed professionalism and the ability to communicate with customers and at all levels within the organization
