Regency Home Health, LLC is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals or LNAs. As a Direct Support Professional or LNA, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to pediatric individuals in need (ages 7 - 22 years old). This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Hours are 7am - 3pm OR 3pm - 11pm

Duties:
- Assist pediatric residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility assistance
- Provide direct support in accordance with individual care plans and goals
- Ensure residents' rights and dignity are respected at all times
- Administer first aid when necessary and respond to emergencies promptly
- Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care

Skills:
- Experience in direct support, assisted living, senior care, hospice care, or childcare is preferred
- CPI training is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of resident rights and person-centered care practices
- Childcare and pediatrics experience is highly preferred
