About the Position:

Join our dynamic team as a Lead Maintenance , overseeing a property. Your primary role involves maintaining the overall physical condition of our properties, ensuring they remain in top-notch shape. This includes conducting general maintenance on apartment units, buildings, and grounds, as well as managing inventory for maintenance equipment, parts, and supplies with the support of the Community Manager.

Being a proactive leader, you'll conduct inspections and repairs adhering to company procedures. Your commitment guarantees the swift and proficient completion of all maintenance assignments. You'll be a key player on our team, working closely with the Community Manager to support Regency goals and accomplishments together.

Rate of Pay: From $21-$25/HR

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum three years of hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, both written and oral, and solve problems effectively
• Demonstrated Leadership through personal example and experience
• Professional attitude in all aspects of work

Licenses / Certifications:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and auto insurance
• EPA Certification Type II or Universal required

Machines, Tools, and Equipment:

• Proficiency in hand tools used in construction, maintenance, and landscaping, including relevant chemicals
• Familiarity with power tools, snow removal equipment, key machines, and motorized equipment as needed
