In search of detail-oriented property management professional with outgoing personality and drive to meet goals. Must be a self-starter with good time management skills and an ability to stay organized in fast paced environments. Job skills/requirements include:
- Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday (with one Saturday off per month).
- Application processing
- Outreach Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Tenant Package Acceptance and Logging
- Renewal Notifications
- Delinquent Balance Notifications
- Coordinating Resident Social Events
- Work Order Entries
- Administrative Duties: to include but not limited to answering the phone, filing, general housekeeping and assisting the Property Manager with Various Tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
