Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SRNA (State Registered Nurse Aide) to join our healthcare team. The SRNA will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role offers an opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, hospice care, and behavioral health facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in patient's condition to the nursing staff
- Take vital signs and record patient information accurately
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
- Follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals

Skills:

- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience in pediatrics, hospice care, acute care, ICU, hospital medicine, behavioral health, or critical care settings
- Strong nursing skills and knowledge
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Competence in medical documentation and record keeping

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
