Within this role you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating Manufacturing records management, records tracking systems, sampling co-ordination & performing record- related activities for manufacturing.

This is a straight days position.

As a Manufacturing Document Associate, a typical day might include, but not limited to, the following;

Liaising with Doc Control to request & preparing sample documentation in advance of sampling activities.

Reviewing & approving sample documentation & other manufacturing documentation as needed.

Facilitating and cataloguing Manufacturing Records, Batch Sheets & Cleaning Verification sample packs.

Serving as a liaison between manufacturing and other functional areas as needed.

Representing Manufacturing at cross-functional meetings.

Attending daily Manufacturing scheduling meetings.

Responsible for report writing & preparing addendums to deviations.

Responsible for reviewing reports and deviations as required.

Coordinating document movement across all functional groups.

Preparing routine progress reports on manufacturing documentation for management.

Monitoring documentation timelines through effective communication and meetings with document owners.

Implementing and maintaining document repositories.

To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS / BA in Life Sciences or related field preferred; will substitute relevant work experience in lieu of degree requirement.

Experience in an SOP, ISO, or similar regulated environment strongly desired.
