The Global Development Solutions (GDS) Delivery & Operations Senior Manager is responsible for the end-to-end implementation, support & continuous improvement of SAS platform, EDC systems and Analytical platforms. The resource will partner with key business stakeholders to intake, design, implement and enhance technology products. This role will work closely with Business Solution Partners (BSP) to deliver on technology product improvements. The resource will also work closely with their business counterparts, Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Training, Process and Procedures and Corporate Enterprise IT. In this Sr Manager role, a typical day might include the following: Take ownership of SAS and other analytical platforms including end-to-end support, performance, and commitment to continuous improvement. Leverage your in-depth technical expertise to guide platform development, migration efforts and user experience enhancements. Intake, assess, prioritize, and validate functional specific needs/requirements including partnership with BSPs to ensure connectivity with partners. Partner with the Business Process Owners and BSPs to implement new/enhanced technologies. Function as a point of contact for product in support of GDS Team members and functional business units within GD. Collaborate with other Product Leads in the Delivery and Operations team to drive consistency in approach and alignment across functional domains. Responsible for software and services contracting, vendor relationship(s), and driving development processes, best practices, and standards. Responsible for identifying resourcing needs and for oversight of internal and vendor delivery, and managed service vendor associates in support of a product. To be considered for the Product Lead – Delivery & Operations (Biostats & Data Management) you must have a BS/BA Degree with 8 years relevant experience or MS Degree with 6 years relevant experience. Comprehensive experience supporting systems and technology solutions for the Biostatistics & Data Management domain. Seasoned Product Lead with established track record of delivery and maintenance of products/projects in a demanding, fast paced, and ambiguous environment. Knowledge of GD business processes, systems, and key trends in the industry. Knowledge of pharmaceutical GD business capabilities, processes, systems, and key trends in the industry.Solid experience maintaining the SAS platform and associated systems in the statistical computing landscape. Experience in migrating SAS platform to newer versions, developing a comprehensive plan for the migration, managing the execution of the migration plan, identifying and mitigating risks so that business continuity is not interrupted. Solid experience implementing and managing other analytical platforms such as R-Studio and Databricks. Strong technical knowledge of the AWS Cloud environment, RDBMS concepts and infrastructure management. Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, DL, NLP etc. and the potential application of these technologies to solve business requirements and challenges. Strong record of accomplishment of technology project management, stakeholder management, budget management and collaboration skills. Comprehensive knowledge of Clinician database development including Medidata Rave and 3rd party systems, highly preferred. Nice to have a broad knowledge of the EDC landscape with ability to discern pro/con analysis of the different Vendors and formulate a future state strategy for EDC at Regeneron. Demonstrated experience in managing relationship with Medidata and other EDC Vendors and formulating roadmaps to align with Regeneron goals and objectives, preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of eSource systems and experience in integrating eSource systems, preferred. Must be onsite at least 3 days a week. Does this sound like you?
