POSITION: Maintenance Technician

THE ORGANIZATION: Prestigious Global Law Firm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for repairing, restoring, and maintaining firm fixtures and equipment
• Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the office space
• Sweep and mop floors when necessary
• Keep a clear inventory of parts and supplies for the firm
• Assist with the maintenance and porter functions as need by the firm
• Participate in frequent movement as needed to accomplish tasks: walking, standing, kneeling, pushing, lifting, and so on

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1 years porter/housekeeping/maintenance experience within a professional services or corporate environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Work independently as well as lead others
• Ability to collaborate across a multi-department operations team
• Ability to work well under pressure and to maintain a professional demeanor
• General knowledge of cleaning materials, hand tools, and power tools
• Ability to exert moderate physical effort and stand for long periods of time
• Operate machinery/tools safely and effectively
