Outpatient Patient Access Instructional Design and Delivery Specialist A Brief Overview The Outpatient Patient Access Instructional Design and Delivery Specialist (IDDS) creates and implements learning experiences and environments to facilitate and conduct training, professional development and competency assessments for Patient Access functions. THe IDDS develops curriculums, designs courses and delivers content using adult learning methodologies and pedagogies. What you will do
Conducts research and collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define and document learning objectives
Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and staff as needed
Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills
Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and other relevant course materials
Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos
Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development
Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent experience in Education, Training and Development, Instructional Design and Technology or a related field Required
Certified Instructional Technologist (CIT) Upon Hire Preferred or
CPLP - Certified Professional in Learning and Performance Upon Hire Preferred
At least 2 years experience Of designing, developing and delivering engaging learning content Required and
Learning Management System experience Preferred
