Education RequirementAssociate’s Degree or equivalent education/experience in Business Administration, HR or a closely related area.
Experience RequirementTwo (2) years of progressive HR administrative or provider practice management experience required. Prior recruitment experience preferred.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Process oversight as single point of contact for assigned area(s) of responsibility to include establishment of candidate pre-screening scheduling and on-site candidate interviews.
- Responsible for maintaining documentation related to candidate tracking and onboarding scheduling.
- Administers all position posting efforts across multiple venues and platforms.
- Works with third party recruitment firms on candidate profile submissions and coordinating of action steps.
- Leads and coordinates candidate interview process, scheduling and travel/lodging.
- Processes work and purchase orders, check requests, travel arrangements for the provider recruitment department.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to produce spreadsheets, graphics, create databases and presentations.
- Effective communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated skill and ability to organize, prioritize, plan, analyze, execute and evaluate multiple tasks, projects and initiatives.
- Ability to research and analyze data, solve problems and recommend effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize basic time management skills, strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
