A Brief Overview The System Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing the operational activities of priority initiatives for Regional One Health Solutions. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day processes, systems and workflows of their portfolio to align all business and service related functions to achieve the desired objectives and key results. This position will report to the Principal and CEO of Regional One Health Solutions. Regional One Health Solutions, LLC provides data-driven solutions for better health care. Responsible for executing developed operation plans.
Works collaboratively with Center for Information and Analytics to strategically plan and communicate information. Participates on cross-functional teams/committees to establish or implement new administrative plans and policies.
Implements and monitor system measurements to ensure compliance to policies and procedures, integrity of data and the need of internal and external customers are being met.
Identifies variances in operation from intended OKRs and creates corrective action plans.
Identifies resource gaps, initiating plans and coordinating various systems to ensure initiative OKRs are achieved.
Coordinates and provides analysis, research and reports as required.
Monitors process and evaluates implementation recommendations.
Communicates continuously and provides feedback to applicable parties.
Provides ongoing assessment and evaluation of project portfolio and recommend plans for reengineering and process improvement activities for assigned areas to support organizational strategies, goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration/Management or any directly related area required. Master's degree preferred
Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
Two (2) years of direct work experience in providing support or co-managing projects, including all aspects of process development and execution.
Advance Knowledge of Smartsheets.
