About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team at Regional West Health Services. As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and tax functions of the organization. You will be expected to provide oversee services including organization/direction of budget, reimbursement, decision support and financial statement activities for the Health System and designated affiliated entities. Your expertise in financial reporting and tax will be critical in driving the success of our organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5 years of experience in financial reporting and tax
• CPA certification preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the Health Care Services industry
• Experience with tax planning and strategy
• Experience with Epic systems

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financials of the organization
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Assist with the annual audit process
