This position will involve coordinating all design efforts for various projects.

•  High school diploma/GED and 1 year of drafting courses. one to two years technical training preferred. Basic knowledge of and ability to use architectural drafting tools. 

• Prior VDC team leadership preferred. 
• Prior Management experience preferred. 

• General knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Requires a positive attitude and the ability to orally communicate with internal and external customers.

• Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills. 

• One to two years technical training preferred. 
• Basic knowledge of and ability to use architectural drafting tools. 
• Position’s responsibilities can be learned through on-the-job training.
• Valid driver’s license required.

· Collaborate with other division VDC Division leads to develop and implement the standards to the ESI VDC teams.

· Schedule, ensure that the teams are following the schedule and are in full alignment with the project’s schedules.

· Quality, ensure that the teams are implementing to the highest standards of quality.

· Scope, ensure that the teams are following the projects scope.

· Constantly seeking opportunities to innovate our process and improve our efficiencies.

· Support BIM staff in tech specific questions

· Lead and run the BIM process on projects.
