Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day operations within our community, ensuring a positive experience for residents and visitors.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the community manager
- Assist in legal administrative tasks such as filing and documentation
- Utilize Yardi software to maintain accurate resident records
- Handle customer relationship management, addressing resident inquiries and concerns promptly
- Support conflict management efforts within the community
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations
- Maintain law and order within the community premises
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents and visitors
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and legal administrative procedures
- Experience with Yardi software or similar property management systems
- Conflict management skills to address issues effectively and maintain a harmonious community environment
- Knowledge of LIHTC regulations for compliance purposes
- Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of the community
- Excellent file management skills to keep accurate records
