About RehabVisions

• Telehealth/Hybrid Physical Therapist - working in-person 2-3 days week and remote/telehealth 2-3 days week.
• You may also elect to work fully in-person if you choose
• This is a full-time, part-time or PRN Physical Therapist position located in Long Prairie, MN.
• Opportunity for leadership in this particular position. Drive time and mileage will also be paid between facilities.
• The setting is skilled nursing. Ideally we'd like someone that would be willing to travel to another area facility on occasion (Menahga, MN.)
• Located just over one hour from the beautiful Brainerd Lakes area which includes fishing, boating, hunting, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and ice fishing

• Pay rate ranges: $32 - $45/hour depending on experience and number of hours worked

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients BOTH via telehealth, and in-person at the facility
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department
