**The Role**

As a Real Estate Investment Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Florida investor outreach initiative. Your primary focus will be on building new relationships with local investors and helping them achieve their investment goals. Our acquisition team sources the best investment opportunities for investors to purchase as wholesale investment properties. This position offers a unique chance to learn how to analyze and source the most profitable deals in Central Florida while developing meaningful connections with investors.

**Compensation**

Our performance-based compensation structure offers realistic earning potential between $50,000 and $100,000 in the first year.

**The Ideal Candidate:**

- Passion for real estate investing

- Previous experience in cold calling, inside sales, appointment setting, and customer service

- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills (Bi-lingual a plus!)

- Tech-savvy with knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Microsoft Office, and other social media platforms

- Ability to work from 8:30 AM to 5 PM with reliable transportation

- Valid Florida Real Estate License
