Reichel Foods Inc. is Hiring a National Sales Manager Near Paul, MN

We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our company’s sales goals. This position is responsible for developing and implementing a thorough strategy for Sales across all channels, assessing long-term business goals and short-term deliverables. This person will lead and influence Sales, group management, strategy and customers across channels and provide solutions to strengthen account relationships. Key Priorities: Establishment of both direct and indirect (broker) sales infrastructure Creating of complementary direct and distributor networks Development of annual sales goals and trade planning calendar to reinforce and complement national consumer marketing plan Deliver company annual net revenue and profitability goals Development and execution of national sales strategy Responsibilities: Hire, train, and manage direct sales force and sales support areas Develop broker and distributor networks and training initiatives Coordinate trade planning and trade marketing objectives Attend key customer and distributor meetings Clearly execute new item launches Analyze sales data to help guide sales planning Develop customer and distributor relationships Develop and implement 3-year Sales Strategy with clear system of measurement and milestones Deliver annual sales plan within approved budget guidelines Initial sell in of Company Brands into identified marquee direct accounts, indirect retailers and distributors Requirements: Ability to build trust and strong relationships with customers and company associates. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers or attend trade shows Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Power Point Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales (preferably in food sales) Minimum 5 years’ experience managing sales teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
