As a customer Service Representative, you are the face of our team. You are in charge of bringing the magic of our team to our customers.

As a customer service representative, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services
• Create a welcoming experience for our customers.
• Be knowledgeable of products and services provided.
• Follow processes accurately with attention to detail, monitor your own progress and accurately prioritize tasks.
• All other duties based on business needs.
