Reimagine Roofing is looking for a trustworthy, take-charge and experienced individual for our job site supervisor position. This is a full-time position, working in office and in the field, with a possible management and leadership role. This role is critical in ensuring that the homeowner’s expectations are met, and their satisfaction is achieved.

Job Description and Duties:

The job site supervisor is responsible for all things related to the building of roofs and managing of individual projects that they are assigned to. They monitor the crews and instruct workers as needed to ensure that they adhere to specific details related to quality, care, and layout of the roofing materials. Job site supervisors may also be asked to make occasional material runs or assist in various ways in getting a particular project across the finish line. Job site supervisors also handle various homeowner concerns. Operationally, job site supervisors will be responsible for strategic planning and reviewing each project daily. Job site supervisors will perform in-person job starts, conduct job checks through the project timeline, and carry out a final inspection to ensure the homeowner is fully satisfied.

Job site supervisors will also have the ability to earn extra income by making sales and generating new leads. This can be done by either working the area around the current assigned project (i.e. door knocking, handing out flyers, leave behinds, etc.) or by company generated leads that are converted into sales.

Other job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Identifies process improvements and resolves problems on each project as they arise
• Coordinates with office staff, subcontractors, production manager, suppliers, and homeowners to ensure projects are completed from start to finish in a timely manner
• Responsible for the implementation of project safety, work schedule, and job site inspections
• Supervise crew and provide positive direction to motivate quality performance
• Ensure compliance with company and government regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections; communicate with homeowners regarding any issues or concerns

Qualifications:

• Education: High School / G.E.D; College Degree a plus
• Previous Roofing Experience Required
• High Aptitude with Technology; Previous Experience with CompanyCam, Monday.com, Joist, Microsoft Products, etc., a big plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with team members and homeowners
• Very High Attention to Detail; must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and deliver timely, high quality results
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when the job requires it
• Must be able to work closely with third-party supplement team (VA’s or otherwise)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
