Description
Receptionist – Full Time
MONDAY - THURSDAY 10AM - 7PM
SATURDAY 8AM - 3PM
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate staff members
Answering phones and directing calls
Filing and Clerical Tasks
Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
Qualifications
- Knowledge of filing systems
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Dependable with a respect to confidentiality, policies, and attendance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great attention to detail
- High school degree or equivalent
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
