Wise F&I delivers industry-leading administration services for automotive F&I-related, voluntary protection products such as VSC, Appearance, Tire & Wheel, Key Replacement, GAP and Theft-deterrent protection.

We process and adjust claims for these contracts within programs that are underwritten by only Excellent (A- or better) rated Insurance Carriers.

As a rapidly growing automotive F&I product provider with over 30 years of continuous operation in the Automotive F&I space, our operating partners include seasoned Insurance Agents, national Lenders and their client Automotive Dealers.

Job Description : Are you ready for an exciting opportunity within Wise F&I's Client Services team, supporting the Client Relations, Sales team and our partners?

In this role you will be responsible for administrative functions such as establishing new partners in the appropriate systems, ensuring complete and accurate information along with processing inbound client supply requests for sales and marketing items, and other support functions for the Client Services team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service experience, a willingness to learn and grow with a positive attitude, supply / inventory experience and / or automotive experience.

The successful candidate will enjoy splitting their daily work between processing new partner set-ups in the systems ensuring accurate and complete information, along with processing outbound supply fulfillment orders, and other support functions as needed for the Client Services team.

Job Responsibilities / Tasks include :

  • Accurately establish all dealer and agent system setup and configuration
  • Send internal & external notifications for new set-ups and account changes
  • Properly document all interaction in the applicable systems
  • Timely and accurate process Supply / Order Fulfillment to Client Agents / Dealers utilizing online tools and shipping resources
  • Basic Form / Brochure Inventory Supply Management, including keeping accurate up to date inventory and shipping logs
  • Working with supply vendors to order and maintain ample supply stock
  • General Administrative Duties including supporting mail processing and handling, claims and business letter processing, other general administrative and support tasks as needed

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 1 year Customer Service / Administrative Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of college with Associates Degree
  • Microsoft Office familiarity including Word and Outlook
  • Supply or Inventory management experience / Shipping / Mail applications and systems
  • Self-motivated & goal oriented
  • Team-based focus
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Bachelor's Degree (4 yrs of college)
  • Customer Relationship Management Experience
  • Bilingual skills - Fluent in Spanish
