Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. What You Will Do
- Support and enable business intelligence and analytics user base, troubleshoot, and answer user questions, and assist BI Lead on training/best practice learning sessions, gather, and analyze requirements and pain points in support of business intelligence user needs.
- Assist users to apply existing standards, processes, and procedures for optimizing the use of Power BI, Tableau and dbt.
- Assist capability lead to provide training to users to empower self-service capabilities.
- Manage Power BI, Tableau and dbt user access and licenses.
- Assist capability lead on administering Tableau Server, dbt and Power BI Service.
- Assist Tableau, Power BI and dbt users deploy, manage, govern, and tune their solutions.
- Work with the rest of the Self-Service Analytics Center of Excellence (SSACOE) team on initiatives that relate to business intelligence and analytics self-service strategy.
- Perform other duties as prioritized and assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent education/ experience.
- 1 Years business intelligence or relevant experience.
- Experience in Kimball dimensional modeling.
- 1 years’ experience with semantic layers, cubes/ extracts, and scheduling technologies, as well as analytic, visualization, and reporting technologies.
- Desire to develop Data Analysis experience.
- Masters' degree in arts/sciences (MA/MS) Preferred

- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Advanced interpersonal skills, including the ability to build consensus.
- Ability to solve moderately complex problems, drawing upon technical experience, precedents, and judgement.
