Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Treatment Manager to join our healthcare team. The Treatment Manager will oversee the medical and financial aspects of patient care, ensuring high-quality treatment services.
Responsibilities:
Patient Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for patients, answering questions,
addressing concerns, and providing information about treatment options and procedures.
Treatment Planning: Collaborate with dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans for
patients based on their oral health needs, goals, and budget constraints.
Financial Consultation: Discuss treatment costs, insurance coverage, and payment options with
patients, helping them understand their financial responsibilities.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients, ensuring that
treatment plans are implemented efficiently and appointments are scheduled in a timely manner.
Follow-up Communication: Follow up with patients to remind them of upcoming appointments, provide post-treatment instructions, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Case Presentation: Present treatment plans to patients in a clear and understandable manner,
explaining the recommended procedures, their benefits, and potential risks.
Patient Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for patients, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed by the dental team and that they receive high-quality care throughout their treatment journey.
Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment
plans, financial agreements, and communication logs, in compliance with privacy regulations.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the dental team, including dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff, to ensure effective communication and coordination of
patient care.
Patient Satisfaction: Monitor patient satisfaction and feedback, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience for patients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dental office administration
- Proficiency in dental/medical terminology and understanding of care procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage office operations effectively
