Award Winning Massage Clinic is looking for an upbeat, friendly receptionist who wants to be a part of a team that helps people feel better! We have part time availability. Shifts include Wednesday-Friday 3pm-8:30pm. Flexibility to help cover occasional other shifts required.
We are 1 block from the Wiehle Metro Stop.

A receptionist at our facility will firmly uphold our standards of practice, while providing excellent customer service to our clients. Duties include:

Reception and scheduling
Light sales
Customer service
Maintaining the professional appearance of the clinic
Administrative duties
Participation in a team-oriented culture

Job Requirements:

Effective verbal and written communication skills
Basic cash handling skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google office suite.
Familiarity with Mindbody Online prefered (or similar programs)
Receptionist and/or customer service experience preferred. Sales experience a plus.
Flexibility to help cover sick calls or vacations during the week.
