Project Management/Communication
Ability to work with little to no direction, self-directed
Develops and demonstrates an understanding of the customer’s needs and manages expectations
Define/maintain Change Management with project stakeholders
Establish and maintain positive working relationships, both internally and externally
Develop customer relationship and maintain day to day project related issues
Utilizes big picture thinking for judgement/decision making in course of actions
Provide project management/facilitation from inception to completion
Collaborate with Sales team prior to SOW approval to validate cost/pricing assumptions and take a lead role in reporting on margin and remediation of margin-related issues.
Maintain professional demeanor internally and externally
Open communication/dialog with all project Stakeholders (internally and externally)
Project Execution
Defines Project Approach, Schedules, Budget with input from Workstream/Department Leads
Work with internal partners (Resource Management, Level I & II support, Logistics, and Staging/Integration) on new and ongoing projects to ensure that resource acquisition, orientation, procedural, and support needs are being met and issues are remediated.
Create projects including setting budgets, scheduling service calls, and placing equipment orders for large or complex projects/customers.
Monitor and/or manage customer assets including inventory management, bad warehouse items, slow moving inventory, and repair. Provide reporting as requested/required.
Schedule, plan and facilitate meetings with customers and internal clients as needed to effectively launch new projects, monitor and manage ongoing projects, and remediate project-related issues.
Ensure all invoicing is completed by the published deadline dates.
Develop, maintain, review and/or distributes all project documentation including (but not limited to): Project Schedules, Budget, Status Reporting.
Responsible for delivering projects within defined margins and document/communicate change.
Identifies risk/issues for projects and define/implement solutions.
Deliver project work within company SLA’s/OLA’s
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience required
5 years of project management experience
Demonstrated track record of success developing and maintaining customer relationships, delivering results, and anticipating roadblocks
Ability to build and maintain internal and external partnerships while working in cross functional teams
Ability to delivery multiple projects with aggressive schedules
Solid track record of meeting deadlines, setting priorities and managing multiple projects in a fast paced, results driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and ability to manage time effectively
Experience implementing internal process improvements; passion for innovation and efficiency
Ability to work as a team member
Professional, high-integrity, reliable and results oriented
Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
