Relate Search has partnered with an organization in growth mode in their search for a Payroll Manager! This company is targeting someone who has experience managing a payroll function for a fast-growing organization across multiple states. This role will require an agile thinker who can manage multiple projects while looking ahead to future growth of the company. This position is a hybrid role, with time spent both in-office and at home.

Responsibilities:

• Guide the payroll function for 1,000 employees across multiple sites and states
• Partner with the leadership team on the payroll integration of future business growth
• Work with the Finance team on reporting, auditing and compliance of the function

Requirements:

• 7 years of Payroll Experience
• Time working for a growing, multi-state organization, ideally in a people leadership capacity
• Great communication, listening, and organizational skills
