Objectives and Responsibilities: Develop and optimize a digital marketing strategy across multiple platformsPlan and manage campaigns. Train digital marketing team to grow channels. Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.). Align content with brand messaging and ensure timely creative support. Select and manage social media platforms, engage with the audience, and utilize paid ads. Track performance, optimize for conversions, and report on KPIs. Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and build backlinks. Use analytics tools to monitor traffic, rankings, and adapt to algorithm changes. Build and segment email lists, craft personalized campaigns, and monitor performance. Develop workflows for clients and prospects. Select ad platforms, manage budgets, create ads, and monitor performance. Conduct A/B testing and explore new ad platforms quarterly. Provide actionable insights and recommendations. Optimize landing pages and CTAs, refining strategies based on user behavior. Stay updated with marketing trends, attend relevant events, experiment with new strategies, and adapt to market changes.

Experience and Competencies – For success in this role. 5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Manager position or similar role. Marketing degrees, specializations, and certifications are always a plus. Experience in curating and implementing effective digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with CMS, design software, email software and social media post scheduling software. Proven record of organically growing followers and engagement on digital platforms. Strong verbal and written English communication skills – Spanish is a plus as well. Attention to detail and accuracy. Must be a go-getter, team-player, and hungry for knowledge and growth! Tech-savvy with the ability and willingness to learn new systems, softwares and processes.
