Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Reporting: Develop and maintain payroll allocation model and work closely with the Payroll Allocation team. Responsible for all aspects of payroll reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
- Payroll Variance Analysis: Analyze actual results against budgeted and forecasted figures to identify key drivers of variances. Prepare detailed explanations and reports for management highlighting significant findings and trends.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Collaborate with department heads and property managers to gather relevant data and assumptions.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders, investors, and lenders. Communicate financial performance metrics and key insights effectively to support decision-making processes.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Support senior FP&A team members and RCMC leadership with ad hoc financial analysis, special projects, and presentations as needed. Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in finance or related field (internships or co-op experiences are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in real estate finance and investment.
