This role is a full-time internship position on the Product Management team. We are looking for a positive, motivated, and team-oriented person with excellent analytic and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will contribute to the delivery of the company’s next generation product focused on AI. A successful candidate must be energized by building deep customer empathy, collaborating with design and development, optimizing team processes, and utilizing data to monitor project success.
Focused on Relativity's AI products, you will be responsible for activities including but not limited to supporting product development by interfacing very closely with customers to collect their feedback, managing customer engagements and building dashboards based on customer and other signals. You will analyze data and build strong customer relationships to validate that our solutions are solving the right problems with user experiences that reflects deep understanding of their needs. You will analyze usage data, collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and other product managers to plan, execute, and release solutions that achieve project goals and facilitate frequent feedback loops.
