Relax Myora is owned and operated by massage therapists. In fact, Will, the owner, is a soft tissue specialist. He regularly treats professional athletes and spent most of May ‘23 treating the U.S.A. Olympic Teams in Colorado. He has personally trained all of our massage therapists when they joined as certified and experienced service providers. Suffice to say, we are the best when it comes to massages.
But, we don’t want our excellent service to be limited to a massage. We want every individual that steps into our spa to feel special from the moment they arrive to well after they have left. That is where the front of house comes in. These individuals are the hello and the goodbye of a memorable experience.
We are looking for:
-High-caliber personality for communicating with clientele
-Work ethic that matches our own to keep the spa running like a Swiss timepiece.
-Enthusiasm and passion. We improve people’s lives! And we enjoy our work!
Among your responsibilities are:
-Interacting with our clientele in person and over the phone. This will mostly be creating appointments and closing out orders. We treat everyone as a VIP, so whatever the situation is, we must make them feel heard and valued.
-Taking care of our spa. There are a lot of small and simple tasks that are essential in creating a relaxing environment for our guests. We have worked hard to cultivate this dream and it is ever evolving. We all play a part!
-Communicating well; it’s a key reason as to why we run as smoothly as we do. We take note of customer feedback and requests, and anything else that will help us customize their experience. Communicating with one another is also key. It creates a cohesion that allows us to function seamlessly as a team.
