Job Description
We are looking for a Director Of Marketing to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting the company president and producer with public dinner seminars and client events in Maine and New Hampshire, as well as managing our appointment calendar.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare room for seminar approximately 3-6 nights per
- Schedule meetings for seminar
- Confirm meetings
- Work closely with producer for business development
- Work with other team members in pursuit of office goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in working with the public in any capacity
- Ability to stay poised under pressure
- Strong project management skills
- Must have strong follow up and organizational skills
- Self motivated
- Deadline and detail-oriented
