RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive digital adoption and amplify user engagement, ensuring a seamless and robust digital presence.
- Mastermind analytics frameworks utilizing advanced tools to decode user behaviors, optimizing digital and marketing efforts.
- Deliver insightful reporting on user interactions, identifying patterns, and pinpointing areas for digital personalization and performance enhancement.
- Merge analytics with broader business metrics to provide a 360-degree view of customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct rigorous analysis and testing to quantify the impact of feature modifications and marketing tactics.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Technology skills: Python, SQL, SAS, Machine Learning
