Responsibilities
- Build, update, and maintain Business Intelligence reports and dashboards
- Gather, review, and analyze business data, including KPIs, using data analytics tools
- Independently conduct database mining and data manipulation as necessary
- Maintain reporting processes, including the delivery of monthly, weekly, and daily reports to all appropriate parties
- Pull information from multiple sources from within the organization while analyzing and reporting the relevant data trends for informed decision making.
- Liaise between various business departments, management, client partners, and key stakeholders to understand key business issues, needs, and objectives, identify report requirements, and provide appropriate solutions through extracting and analyzing data
- Prioritize system solutions based on real-time data and business requirements
- Perform API integration and testing to help optimize workflows and build new data sources
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate necessary systems requirements or enhancements on a continuing basis
- Assess options for process improvement
- Author and update internal and external documentation regarding various systems projects, processes, and operations
- Keep up to date on the latest systems solutions and emerging technologies
- Three or more years of experience in analytics and systems development
- High proficiency with SQL and database management
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for data modeling and visualization
- Proven knowledge of Postman for API integration and testing
- Proven analytical abilities
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Intermediate to advanced competency of Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills, research and resolution skills, and multi-tasking skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Visio
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools
- Extensive experience with data visualization
- High proficiency in technical writing
- Project management experience
